Rules Governing Your Use
of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 58bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 58bet platform available at https://58bet.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively "the Platform").

By accessing any part of the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 58bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the 58bet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, corporate entity, or third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 58bet or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current or former employee of 58bet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by local law applicable to end-users.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 58bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any later point during your account lifetime.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 58bet Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 58bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

58bet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 58bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately via Live Chat on the Platform.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 58bet immediately. 58bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach was caused or facilitated by your own negligence, including but not limited to sharing your credentials with a third party or failing to secure your device.

58bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend account access where suspicious login activity is detected, as a protective measure pending investigation. We will endeavour to notify you promptly where such a suspension is applied.

58bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed within the 58bet Platform wallet section.

All deposits are credited to your 58bet wallet in PKR at the time of successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed within the Platform at the time of deposit. 58bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges for which 58bet accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 58bet reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment source if KYC verification requirements are not subsequently met.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.
• 58bet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, network congestion, or banking system downtime.

Withdrawals from your 58bet account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, 58bet will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have undergone and passed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be released.
• KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be fulfilled before the relevant funds can be included in a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of request.
• 58bet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 business hours. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or during periods of high volume.

58bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual amounts, and may request additional documentation including but not limited to source of funds evidence. These checks are conducted in accordance with our regulatory obligations and are not discretionary delays.

58bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms which are published clearly alongside each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all 58bet promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit within the stated promotional period.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, casino games, and live dealer games may carry different contribution percentages, which are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• 58bet reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

58bet's sportsbook operates under a comprehensive set of betting rules that govern the settlement of all wagers placed on the Platform. By placing a bet on 58bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable sport-specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 58bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the odds at which they were accepted.
• In-play (live) betting is offered on selected markets. 58bet may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension where odds were manifestly incorrect may be voided.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, national team fixtures, and international tournaments, are governed by cricket-specific settlement rules which take into account the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, official result declarations, and the minimum overs required for a match to constitute a valid betting event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 58bet's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

Maximum payout limits apply per market and per player. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a market will be capped at the published limit regardless of the stated potential return at the time of bet acceptance.

All casino games available on the 58bet Platform, including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), video poker, and game shows, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and roulette wheel mechanics subject to independent supervision.

58bet's casino games are sourced from licensed third-party game providers whose products have been certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by providers and are verifiable through independent certification reports.

• All casino game results are final once the round has concluded and the result is displayed on screen.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault mid-round, the game state will be restored from the server record upon reconnection. The server-side result shall be authoritative.
• 58bet accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions.
• Progressive jackpot rules, where applicable, are governed by the specific jackpot product terms provided by the relevant game supplier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over 58bet or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not considered legitimate and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in poker, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any form of chip dumping.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to eliminate or significantly reduce risk across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner that exploits promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses the Platform to conceal or convert proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

All content on the 58bet Platform, including but not limited to the 58bet brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, odds compilation methodology, software code, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of 58bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the 58bet Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 58bet. Unauthorised use of 58bet's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

58bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where 58bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

58bet shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the Player in relation to gambling activity, including the decision to continue playing after a losing streak.

58bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its Platform. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 58bet account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum net loss you can sustain during a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 58bet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 58bet's customer support team and allow a minimum of 14 days for an internal resolution attempt. 58bet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will aim to provide a final response within 28 days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
